Market Research Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to join our team at our Norcross, GA office. This role is central to driving data-informed marketing strategy across the insurance and financial services space.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to evaluate consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning in the insurance and financial services industry.
- Design and implement both quantitative and qualitative research projects, including customer surveys, focus groups, and service marketing assessments in the digital era.
- Utilize statistical tools and data visualization techniques to interpret complex marketing data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Oversee digital marketing and social media campaigns to assess performance metrics, engagement levels, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies, promotional initiatives, and client outreach programs informed by market intelligence.
- Prepare reports, visual dashboards, and multimedia presentations to communicate marketing findings and recommendations to leadership.
